Finished the Sirius and flew it.

Finished up the Sirius with the help of Bob McGowan this week. It was a great learning experience. We have had some problems with one of the other planes ,but will go into that after its been resolved.

We flew it for the first time on Thursday and I have to say I am quite impressed. The radio programming is not quite worked out,but this might be the easiest to fly plane ever. Caught thermals at will and the climb rate was damn good. With no rudder there was some mental adjusting to do. It moved around the field like a bat out of hell.Launch heights were OK,but we had a little flutter to work out.One of the hinges was loose.I think the potential to be a monster launcher is there. Weighs in at 9.3 ounces after adding .5 ounces to the nose to get the cg right.Going to fly it again tomorrow and will add to this.
